Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities for generator sets within assigned territories or sectors.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Present and demonstrate the features, advantages, and benefits of generator sets to clients, providing technical advice and support during the sales process.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, and technical specifications.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and product development teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and solutions are effectively delivered.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing technical support to customers post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and handling any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (no specific field required, but a preference for Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field).

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales or technical roles within the generator set industry.

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of generator sets, including their operation, specifications, and applications.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate sales and close deals, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address client needs and provide effective technical solutions.
  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer service and the ability to build lasting relationships.
